Anycubic Kobra S1 Max
Three numbers define this machine: a 350 mm cube, a 350 °C nozzle and a chamber driven to 65 °C. That combination — 42.9 litres of actively heated space — is otherwise Creality K2 Plus or Bambu H-series territory, and the Kobra S1 Max undercuts both. Sixty-five degrees is the temperature at which ABS and ASA stop curling off the plate on large parts, and it is the whole reason to buy a big enclosed printer rather than a big open one. The 120 °C bed matches. Against the K2 Plus it is roughly $300 cheaper with the same build volume and a 5 °C hotter chamber; against the H2S it is two-thirds of the price. What it does not have is a published flow rate, a settled reliability record, or software as mature as either competitor's.

Not published
Anycubic does not publish a volumetric flow rate for the Kobra S1 Max, so its 600 mm/s claim cannot be checked against what the hotend can actually melt. We do not estimate one.
Best forLarge ABS, ASA and nylon parts where a driven chamber matters and the budget will not stretch to an H-series.

Features
- 350 mm cube — 42.9 litres — behind a chamber driven to 65 °C
- 350 °C hardened nozzle and a 120 °C bed
- ACE 2 Pro four-spool changer with drying
- Klipper firmware, camera, strain-gauge levelling
- CoreXY motion at a claimed 600 mm/s
- Filament runout detection and power-loss recovery
What it does well
- A 65 °C driven chamber over 42.9 litres, at a price no other machine here matches
- 350 °C nozzle and 120 °C bed make the engineering-materials claim genuine rather than aspirational
- Roughly $300 below the Creality K2 Plus for the same volume and a hotter chamber
- ACE 2 Pro adds drying, which large ABS and nylon prints particularly benefit from
- About a third the price of the Bambu H2S for a comparable envelope
Where it gives ground
- No published flow rate on a machine whose whole case is large parts printed quickly
- Anycubic's software remains the least polished of the ecosystems at this price
- Too new for reliability data, and a driven chamber adds failure modes
- ACE 2 Pro is a further $199, making the multi-colour machine a $1,034 machine
